President
Reed Pigman, Jr., founder and President of Texas Jet, Inc. grew up in aviation, beginning with his family-owned company, American Flyers, the world renowned flight school, started by Reed’s father in 1939. Reed holds an Airline Transport Certificate with a Lear Type Rating.
Texas Jet has grown from two hangars in 1978 to 25 today, totaling over 540,000 square feet.
Customer Relations Manager
Holly Hopkins, Texas Jet’s Customer Relations Manager, with her background in several different types of aviation businesses, including AMR Combs at DAL, Simuflite and Sabre, works hard to ensure you and your passengers are WOW-ed! Pilots have consistently voted Holly one of the Top Ten Customer Service Representatives in the country in Professional Pilot Magazine’s PRASE Survey since 2007.
Bookkeeper
Lesa processes Texas Jet’s payables and receivables, so give her a call if you have questions about your account. Lesa is proud to have been with Texas Jet since October 2004.
Line Service Manager/Training Office
Gabe started his aviation career in 2004, receiving his commercial pilot’s license in 2008, and joined the Texas Jet team in early 2010. He has attended multiple Ground Handling Safety Symposiums, Quality Control seminars, and P66 training to help Texas Jet become an IS-BAH Stage III registered FBO.
Customer Service Manager
As Texas Jet’s Customer Service Manager, Silvia leads her front desk and ramp teams to provide you with the service excellence you demand. With many years of experience on the Fort Worth Meacham, Silvia shares her joyful personality with everyone she comes in contact with.
Assistant Line Service Manager
Matt has been in the aviation industry since 2021 and with Texas Jet since late 2022. He was promoted to the position of Assistant Line Service Manager in mid-2023.
Texas Jet’s Customer Service Specialists will make sure that even the smallest details of your requirements are met.
Texas Jet’s Line Service Technicians are Safety 1st Certified and undergo annual recurrent training on our Standard Operating Procedures, so your aircraft will be in good hands from touchdown to takeoff.
